Key Responsibilities:
Source and secure property listings by networking, prospecting, and building relationships with property owners.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in the secondary market.
Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends, prices, and regulations.
Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (calls, emails, networking, etc.).
Provide expert guidance on property valuations, negotiations, and investment opportunities.
Arrange and conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants.
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
Prepare and process necessary paperwork, including contracts and agreements.
Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience
in real estate sales, specifically in the secondary market.
Strong ability to acquire property listings
and maintain an updated portfolio.
Excellent communication
and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated
with a results-driven mindset.
RERA certification
(preferred but not mandatory).
Fluent in
English
(other languages like Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus).
