We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent who is fluent in Mandarin to support our growing client base from China and other Mandarin-speaking regions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the UAE property market, and the ability to deliver a high standard of service to international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Mandarin-speaking clients with property inquiries, viewings, and transactions.
Manage the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Provide accurate information on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
Maintain an updated database of listings, client interactions, and sales activities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences.
Represent the company professionally and uphold high service standards.
Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
Strong understanding of the UAE property market or willingness to learn quickly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
Professional appearance and a customer-focused approach.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
