Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Agent with Cantonese language proficiency to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will excel in client communication, property advisory, and relationship management, particularly with Cantonese?speaking clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.
Provide expert guidance to clients on buying, selling, and leasing real estate.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and clarity.
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients, ensuring clear and ongoing communication throughout the transaction process.
Build and sustain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and prospective buyers.
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitive developments.
Prepare and present property listings, marketing materials, and client proposals.
Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a real estate agent in the UAE market, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in Cantonese is required; Mandarin and English are strong advantages.
Solid understanding of UAE property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
Professional appearance and conduct.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
RERA or similar certification is an advantage.
