Position Overview

We are seeking a fluent Emirati Arabic-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the local culture, market dynamics, and client expectations in Abu Dhabi. As an Emirati-speaking agent, you will play a key role in building trust with UAE nationals and Arabic-speaking clients, guiding them through property transactions with insight and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Represent and promote properties to Emirati and Arabic-speaking clients Conduct property viewings and provide culturally informed consultations Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors Stay updated on local market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures Negotiate and close property transactions with integrity and discretion Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

Fluency in Emirati Arabic and English is required Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market and local regulations UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
