Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in one or more European languages (such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Russian) to join our sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the needs of international clients and are passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced market.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and promote properties to European-speaking clients
Conduct property viewings and provide tailored consultations based on client preferences
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors from European markets
Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools
Qualifications
Fluency in English and at least one European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, etc.)
Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
