Job Overview

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a fluent Emirati Arabic-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a UAE national or fluent Arabic speaker with deep cultural understanding and strong communication skills, capable of building trust with local clients and investors. You will represent premium properties and guide clients through every stage of the real estate process with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Emirati and Arabic-speaking clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations in Arabic and English Provide expert advice on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, legal procedures, and investment opportunities Build and manage a portfolio of listings tailored to local buyers and investors Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to develop Arabic-language campaigns and lead generation strategies Maintain strong relationships with developers, government entities, and local institutions Attend property exhibitions, community events, and networking functions targeting Emirati clientele Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with local or GCC clientele Fluency in Emirati Arabic and English is required Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market, legal framework, and cultural dynamics Proven track record of successful transactions and client satisfaction Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills UAE National preferred; other fluent Arabic speakers with local experience are welcome Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle RERA or DMT certification preferred
