Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a driven and culturally attuned Emirati-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing our brand, guiding clients through property transactions, and contributing to the continued growth of our presence in the capital's real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in residential and commercial property transactions
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Abu Dhabi
Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with Emirati clients and local stakeholders
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and integrity
Stay informed about current property listings, market developments, and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations
Requirements
UAE National (Emirati) with fluency in Arabic and English
Prior experience in real estate or customer service is preferred
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market and cultural landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
