We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent fluent in Emirati Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients. Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation. Build and maintain a network of clients, developers, and other industry professionals. Stay updated on local real estate laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Emirati Arabic and English (spoken and written). Proven experience in real estate or a related field. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly in Abu Dhabi. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in real estate or property management. Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
