Key Responsibilities:

Assist Emirati clients with property transactions, offering expert guidance tailored to their real estate preferences and needs. Provide culturally aware consultations that align with local traditions, investment goals, and family requirements. Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and Golden Visa eligibility through real estate purchases. Conduct property tours and presentations, showcasing premium listings suited for Emirati clients. Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate landscape, including government initiatives and regulations impacting local buyers. Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws. Collaborate with developers and team members to secure exclusive listings and favorable deals for Emirati clients. Utilize targeted marketing strategies to engage Emirati audiences and expand client reach.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in the Abu Dhabi property market, with a strong understanding of Emirati client needs and preferences. Fluency in Arabic (Emirati dialect); proficiency in English is required. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and investment processes. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation.
