This role is ideal for professionals who understand the local culture, speak the Emirati dialect, and are passionate about helping clients navigate the UAE property market with confidence and trust.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Emirati and Arabic-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and provide personalized consultations in Emirati Arabic and English
Generate leads through local networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns
Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
Stay informed on Abu Dhabi market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals
Maintain organized records using CRM systems and reporting tools
Requirements
Fluency in Emirati Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service (UAE market preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of UAE culture and client expectations
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
