We are seeking a dynamic and fluent Emirati-speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the local property market, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to engage with Emirati clients. This role involves guiding clients through property transactions, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless buying or renting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and build strong relationships with Emirati clients and investors.
Provide expert guidance on property purchases, rentals, and investments.
Conduct market research and stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate trends.
Showcase available properties, offering detailed insights and personalized recommendations.
Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws.
Maintain strong connections with developers, property owners, and stakeholders.
Utilize digital marketing tools and CRM systems to manage client interactions.
Represent the company at property expos, networking events, and industry gatherings.
Requirements:
Fluent in Emirati Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and investment strategies.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while achieving sales targets.
Valid UAE real estate license or certification (preferred).
Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and real estate technology is advantageous.
