Job Description
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Assist in planning, designing, and executing research experiments or product development initiatives. Conduct literature reviews, market research, or scientific studies to support R&D projects. Collect, analyze, and interpret data; maintain accurate and organized records. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, and Marketing to support product development and improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company protocols. Test new materials, methods, or products and report findings to supervisors or project leads. Support innovation by contributing ideas for new product development or process improvement. Assist in troubleshooting issues during the research or development process. Maintain laboratory or R&D equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
