, specializing in creating exceptional residential and commercial spaces.We are seeking an
experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor
with expertise ininterior fit-out and joinery projects
to support our team withcost estimation and BOQ preparation
.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
for fit-out and joinery works Develop accuratecost estimates and material take-offs
based on design drawings and specifications Analyze project costs and providevalue engineering recommendations
Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to ensure cost accuracy and alignment with project scopeRequirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a Quantity Surveyor ininterior fit-out and joinery
Strong knowledge ofmaterials, finishes, and FF&E
Proficiency inAutoCAD, Excel, and QS measurement software
Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work to deadlines Familiarity withUAE market rates and suppliers

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
