We are seeking a
Senior Quantity Surveyor
with strong experience ininterior fit-out projects
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost and contractual aspects of interior works, from estimation to project completion, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and value for money.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
for interior fit-out projects. Evaluatesubcontractor quotations
, negotiate terms, and prepare comparison statements. Managecost control
, budgeting, and value engineering throughout project stages. Handleprogress billing
, variations, and final accounts. Coordinate closely with theproject, procurement, and design teams
to ensure cost efficiency. Reviewcontractual terms
and provide advice on commercial and financial matters. Preparemonthly cost reports
and track project financial performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and project specifications.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / related field
.Minimum 5 years of experience
in quantity surveying forinterior fit-out projects
in the UAE. Strong knowledge ofmaterial rates, joinery, finishes, and MEP coordination
. Proficient inAutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
. Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.Available to join immediately or within one week.
