Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
for interior fit-out projects.
Evaluate
subcontractor quotations
, negotiate terms, and prepare comparison statements.
Manage
cost control
, budgeting, and value engineering throughout project stages.
Handle
progress billing
, variations, and final accounts.
Coordinate closely with the
project, procurement, and design teams
to ensure cost efficiency.
Review
contractual terms
and provide advice on commercial and financial matters.
Prepare
monthly cost reports
and track project financial performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and project specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / related field
.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in quantity surveying for
interior fit-out projects
in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
material rates, joinery, finishes, and MEP coordination
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
.
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Available to join immediately or within one week.
