The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, contract management, and ensuring that all project activities meet quality standards and specifications. This dual-function role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in project execution and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Quantity Surveying
Prepare
BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
.
Conduct project
cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
.
Evaluate
contractor quotations
, analyze rates, and negotiate pricing.
Monitor
material usage, site progress, and cost control
measures.
Perform
valuation for interim payments
and prepare final accounts.
Assist in
procurement
, supplier evaluation, and contract administration.
Implement and maintain
Quality Assurance & Quality Control procedures
.
Conduct
site inspections
, material checks, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Prepare
QA/QC documentation
, including reports, and method statements.
Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure compliance with
local regulations, standards, and safety requirements
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering / UPDA
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects in Qatar.
Valid Qatar ID with NOC.
