STG is hiring an MEP Quantity Surveyor cum Estimator for our Ras Al Khaimah team. You will manage cost estimation and budgeting for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems in construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with standards. Work with project teams to deliver accurate estimates and competitive bids.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
Perform quantity take-offs from MEP drawings and BIM models.
Develop and monitor MEP project budgets.
Prepare and submit MEP bids and tender documents.
Conduct cost analysis to optimize MEP costs.
Review and negotiate MEP contracts.
Provide cost reports and highlight risks or savings.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotes and deliveries.
