Prepared tender document, contract, and bill of quantities.
Taking off quantity and prepare costing and budget for projects.
Preparation of progress claims and updating progress payment
General quotation for commercial and residential.
Prepare shop drawing and as-build drawing using AutoCAD
Able to source & liaise with sub-cons and supplier
Administrative work and basic accounting
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirement
Candidate possess Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Survey or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience.
Positive attitude and good communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Basic Accounting
Experience in using AutoCAD for Interior design & Architectural drawing is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
Quantity surveyor: 3 years (Preferred)
