Quantity Surveyor Cum 2d Autocad Operator
Job Description
A mid-sized construction company, specialized in building villas and mosques, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor cum 2D AutoCAD Operator with a minimum of 2~3 years of proven experience in executing the following tasks:
Quantity take-off & Preparing basic BOQs (Skeleton Works).
Preparing Post Tender Quantities (Concrete, Blockwork, Plaster, Paint, Wall/Floor Tiles etc) for ongoing projects.
Knowledge of Variation works.
Preparing Invoices / Monthly Payment.
Basic Excel, document & Files control, and email follow-up.
Prepare shop drawings (blockwork, tiling, landscaping).
Modifying the IFC drawings as per requirements
Prepare as-built drawings.
Provide coordinates to Land surveyor (training will be provided for this only).
Candidates must possess at least basic working knowledge of Arabic.
Diploma in Engineering or Quantity Surveying / Course Certificate in AutoCAD is a Must.
