Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Quantity Surveyor

to manage the contractual and financial aspects of aluminum and facade projects. The role involves cost planning, budgeting, contract administration, and financial management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Management

Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for aluminum and facade projects. Monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budgets.

Tendering & Procurement

Assist in preparing tender documents and evaluating supplier/subcontractor bids. Negotiate contracts to secure best value for the company.

Contract Administration

Manage contracts for aluminum and facade works, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Address and resolve any contractual disputes efficiently.

Measurement & Valuation

Conduct accurate measurements and valuations of on-site works. Prepare interim and final payment submissions to contractors.

Risk Management

Identify potential cost and contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Project Coordination & Compliance

Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution. Ensure all works comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

Reporting

Prepare regular reports on financial status, project progress, and deviations. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 3 years' experience

as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably with aluminum and facade projects. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
