4-7 years (minimum 2 years in UAE Fit-Out projects)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and project budgets for fit-out works.
Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed quantity take-offs.
Manage procurement processes: vendor negotiations, material requisitions, and subcontractor packages.
Track project costs, identify variances, and provide cost control advice to the project team.
Prepare and evaluate claims, variations, and change orders.
Assist in contract administration and ensure compliance with FIDIC/UAE contractual standards.
Provide commercial reports to management including cash flow forecasts and final accounts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Proven experience in quantity surveying for interior fit-out projects in UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, material sourcing, and fit-out project workflows.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., CostX, PlanSwift).
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
