We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with interior fit-out experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost management, quantity estimation, and procurement while ensuring adherence to project specifications and budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities:

Perform detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and budget assessments for interior fit-out projects. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop cost plans and manage project budgets effectively. Conduct a thorough analysis of project specifications and contractual terms to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings. Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements. Monitor project expenditure, track variations, and prepare accurate financial reports at regular intervals. Provide proactive recommendations to optimize project costs and enhance value engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in QS Engineering or related field. 3-4 Years of experience in UAE as a Quantity Surveyor within the interior fit-out sector. Proficiency in quantity take-off software and cost estimation tools. Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Knowledge of industry regulations and construction practices.
