We are hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor with expertise in
interior fit-out projects
, especially within healthcare or similar sectors. You'll manage commercial and contract administration, cost estimation, and billing for high-end fit-out assignments across Dubai and GCC.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle commercial management (pre/post-contract).
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, budgets, and procurement plans.
Manage subcontractor billing, variation claims, final accounts.
Conduct cost control, value engineering, and risk analysis.
Liaise with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
7-10 years
experience in
interior fit-out projects
, preferably healthcare.
GCC experience mandatory
, UAE exposure preferred.
Proficient in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, contract management.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Familiarity with FIDIC or equivalent contracts.
Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
