We are seeking a qualified and experienced
Quantity Surveyor
who specializes in
Interior Design and Fit-Out
projects within the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, contract management, and commercial control throughout all project phases.
Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and cost estimates
Conduct cost planning and project budgeting
Review drawings, specifications, and client requirements
Manage variations, claims, and change orders
Perform regular site inspections for progress & cost control
Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors and finalize agreements
Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates & final accounts
Maintain compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant field
Minimum 5+ years UAE experience
in Interior Fit-Out projects (Required)
Strong knowledge of commercial, contractual, and cost control principles
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & QS-related software
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
