Job Summary
Our client, a leading HVAC Industry is looking for a Quality/Commissioning Assistant Manager with specialized expertise in HVAC systems. This role is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, reliability, and performance across HVAC projects. You will lead commissioning activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the successful delivery of advanced HVAC solutions.

• Commissioning Planning:

• Develop and implement commissioning plans for VRF and Chiller systems.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to align commissioning with project timelines.
• Inspection and Testing:

• Conduct inspections to verify system installations meet design specifications.
• Oversee performance testing and validation to ensure operational efficiency.
• Problem Resolution & Client Interaction

• Investigate and resolve system performance issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve reliability.
• Engage with clients to understand expectations and provide updates on commissioning progress.
• Represent the company in client meetings related to quality and system performance.
• Documentation and Collaboration:

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, commissioning activities, and test results.
• Prepare reports with findings and recommended corrective actions.
• Partner with HVAC engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to resolve quality and commissioning issues.
• Facilitate communication across teams to ensure system integration and functionality.
• Training and Development:

• Deliver training on quality assurance and commissioning processes at Academy and project sites.
• Stay updated on VRF and Chiller technologies and integrate best practices into workflows.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and commissioning management, specifically with VRF and Chiller systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC standards, system integration, and industry best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
