Job Summary: Looking for a Quality Assistant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the organization\'s quality management system in accordance with applicable regulations, guidelines and standards
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the quality management team to identify, plan and execute quality improvement projects including data collection, analysis, and reporting of outcomes
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance measurement tools and indicators to monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement efforts
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality management activities including policies, procedures, protocols and quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in risk assessment activities including root cause analysis and failure mode and effects analysis to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Collect, analyze and interpret data related to quality metrics and present findings in clear and concise reports to support decision-making processes
• Liaise with third-party laboratories for raw materials and finishing good testing
• Handle FG shelf-life validations and verification processes
• Assist with lead GMP training
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation including specifications, test methods and procedures
• Work closely with the production team to identify and correct quality issues
• Evaluate data and prepare reports on quality trends and performance
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a related field
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a cosmetic manufacturing environment
• Should be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and laboratory software
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Should be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
