Job Description

To monitor and control Quality processes of civil/ interiors work. Review quality procedures and develop Inspection plans. Monitor site management system related to quality and conduct inspections. Develop Method Statement, ITP and project quality plan and define criteria for inspections Collect inspection request and do prior inspections on civil/interiors work areas Based on the consultant comments prepare compliance statement for the process deviations Conduct Quality review meetings with engineers and address quality alerts Inspection of materials against approved submittals and ensure proper usage of material and storage at site Prepare method statements for civil/ interior works and get it approved by consultant Evaluation of company's practices, processes and procedures with respect to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Standards Initiation of new or improved practices, processes and procedures. Planning and execution, with others, of regular internal audits of the company's Quality Management systems. Initiation of corrective action in the event of system non-conformances. Participation in periodic management review meetings and implementation of agreed actions Liaison with external auditors and authorities with regard to Quality matters. Liaison with other departments and provision of appropriate training on Quality matters. Planning and supervision of the activities of Quality Assistant / Direct Reportees Understand structural quality deviations and report for actions. Report non-conformities related to civil/ interior workmanship and follow up the action plan Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
