As a Quality Advisor you will focus on improving the quality of our customer journey. You guarantee online processes regarding various customer questions. In addition, you analyze various qualitative data sources (customer feedback, mystery shopping, employee input and customer journey mapping) in order to identify areas for improvement. Together with various departments, you ensure that these actions are carried out so that improvements are guaranteed. You also check what the effect is after the improvements made.
