As a Quality Advisor you will focus on improving the quality of our customer journey. You guarantee online processes regarding various customer questions. In addition, you analyze various qualitative data sources (customer feedback, mystery shopping, employee input and customer journey mapping) in order to identify areas for improvement. Together with various departments, you ensure that these actions are carried out so that improvements are guaranteed. You also check what the effect is after the improvements made.Job Experience:
In this role you are partly responsible for the best possible customer experience for all our customers.- You know how to inspire colleagues and create support for implementing improvement plans
- You have analytical skills and the ability to convert insights into improvement needs and actions
