Job Responsibilities:

- Conducting stage and final inspection on blasting, coating, fiber and rubber lining.
- Conducting welding inspection.
- Conducting dimension inspection as per specification.
- Preparation of test report on blasting, painting, rubber & FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) lining documents.
- Conducting sample test for trading goods.
- Co-ordination with third party inspection and audits.
- Instruments acquisition and calibration management.
- Audit of outsourced activities and submit audit reports to the quality advisor.
- Follow up on corrections, RCA's (Root Cause Analysis).
- Liaise and correspond with customers, attend site quality inspection.
- Coordination for all audit activities.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing industries.
- Experience as Quality Control Inspector.
- Candidates required from any of the following industries - Conveyor Belt, Rubber, or Oil Field / Oil & Gas.
- Candidates should be ready to join immediately.
- Diploma/Engineering
Mandatory - Certified in - CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector
Mandatory - Certified in - NACE Level 2
- Nationality: Indian

KPIs:

- Meet the product compliance of 98% defect free output.
- Documentation traceability of QC documents - 100% accuracy.
- Right at first time, rate of rework must be less than 5% for the month.
- Internal audit adherence must be 98% accuracy.
- 98% accuracy required on User acceptance testing/Final inspection.
- Customer rejections after in-house QC must not exceed 2% in a month.
