Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a QHSE Officer, preferably in infrastructure or facilities management.
Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred.
Ability to assess risks and implement corrective actions.
