We are looking for a highly skilled

QA/QC Lead - MEP

to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring that project deliverables meet international standards, client requirements, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures and checklists for MEP works. Conduct inspections of site activities, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for quality inspections and approvals. Review and maintain all QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, test reports, and material approvals. Prepare and submit non-conformance reports (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards related to MEP works. Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues and provide guidance on best practices. Report regularly to Project Manager on quality performance and issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 5-7 years of experience in QA/QC for MEP works (UAE/GCC experience preferred). Strong knowledge of international standards, codes, and MEP practices. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to lead QA/QC teams and coordinate effectively with stakeholders. Immediate availability is preferred.
