Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Assistant with experience in the

Exhibitions, Retail Display Solutions, Visual Merchandising, Signage, or Fit-Out industry

to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services essential to our production and installation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials such as printing substrates, signage components, display fixtures, and installation tools. Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Track deliveries and follow up with vendors to ensure timely receipt of goods. Maintain inventory records and coordinate with the production team to forecast material needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. vendor evaluation and cost control initiatives. Handle documentation and filing related to procurement activities.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing role within the

Exhibitions, Retail Display solutions, Visual Merchandising, exhibitions, Signage or fit-out industry

Strong understanding of materials and components used in graphics production and display installations. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Knowledge of UAE market and supplier landscape is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Familiarity with signage production processes and display systems

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
