Urgent Hiring: Assistant Project Manager - Construction / Interior Fit-Out
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000
We're looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager with 3+ years of UAE experience in construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager in planning, coordination, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in project planning, execution, and progress monitoring
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors & suppliers
Supervise site works (MEP, joinery, gypsum, etc.) ensuring safety & quality
Track materials, manpower, and budgets
Prepare and manage project documentation, schedules & reports
Support in authority approvals, snagging & handover
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
3+ years of UAE experience in interior fit-out/construction
Strong knowledge of fit-out, joinery & MEP coordination
Proficient in MS Office & AutoCAD
Excellent communication, organizational & problem-solving skills
