Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Property Leasing Manager -to lead and manage our leasing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail leasing, direct coordination with leasing agents and brokers, and a proven ability to attract, negotiate, and retain high-quality retail tenants that enhance performance and footfall.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute all leasing activities , including new leases and renewal Coordinate directly with internal leasing agents and brokers Recruit, supervise, and manage internal leasing agents as required Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, fit-out periods, and commercial conditions Monitor retail market trends, and rental benchmarks Prepare leasing reports, occupancy updates, and revenue forecasts for management Ensure leasing documentation, contracts, and approvals are completed accurately and on time Work closely with management, marketing, and operations teams to support tenant success Handle tenant inquiries, escalations, and leasing-related issues professionally

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of proven experience

Strong experience in

direct coordination with leasing agents or managing/handling agents

Solid understanding of retail leasing concepts, tenant mix strategy Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills Ability to analyze market data and develop competitive leasing strategies Strong organizational and reporting skills Proficient in MS Office and leasing/property management systems Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets
