Property Manager

ob Summary:

The Leasing and Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of rental properties, including marketing and leasing available units, managing tenant relationships, ensuring property maintenance, and handling administrative and financial aspects. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills to maintain high occupancy rates and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Leasing Duties:

Market available rental units through online platforms, signage, and local outreach. Conduct property tours with prospective tenants. Screen and qualify applicants according to company policies and fair housing regulations. Prepare and execute lease agreements, renewals, and move-in documents. Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and occupancy reports.

Property Management Duties:

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors. Handle tenant concerns, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness. Manage rent collection, track delinquencies, and initiate legal action when necessary. Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure cost-efficiency. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred. Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium). Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
