Key Responsibilities:
Manage leasing activities to achieve occupancy targets
Build and maintain relationships with tenants and clients
Lead and guide the leasing team
Collaborate with facility management to ensure property maintenance
Handle property sales inquiries and negotiations
Monitor market trends and adjust leasing strategies
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in leasing, sales, and facility management
Bachelor's degree
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing teams and handling client relationships
