Property & Leasing Manager
to oversee property operations, tenant relations, and leasing activities. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, maintaining properties to high standards, and ensuring tenant satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant Acquisition & Leasing:
Implement marketing strategies to attract potential renters.
Tenant Relations & Property Oversight:
Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns promptly.
Coordinate maintenance and ensure properties meet operational and quality standards.
Reporting & Market Analysis:
Analyze market conditions and provide regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy, and revenue.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong understanding of the leasing process and UAE real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in leasing/property management software and data management.
Knowledge of property compliance, regulations, and operational standards.
Experience in sales, real estate, or property management.
Show units, process applications, negotiate lease terms, and finalize agreements.
Supervise leasing agents and consultants to achieve occupancy targets.
