Your Role:

We are seeking experienced brokers or individuals with direct access to property owners who are interested in entrusting their properties to a professional management team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio by bringing in new properties to manage.

What We Offer:

Compensation:

2,000 AED for each property you bring to us, or a competitive monthly percentage of the profit generated by the property.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with property owners who may benefit from our services. Pitch and negotiate our management services to prospective property owners. Bring in new properties for short-term rental management. Maintain a strong relationship with property owners to ensure continued collaboration. Stay updated on market trends and opportunities to introduce new properties.

What We Expect:

Proven experience in real estate, particularly in the short-term rental market. A network of property owners or access to properties for management. Strong communication and negotiation skills. A results-driven attitude and a passion for the property management industry. Ability to work independently and bring in consistent business.
