Baytna is a fast-growing holiday home company specializing in premium short-term rental management across Dubai. We are dedicated to offering a seamless 5-star experience for our guests while maximizing returns for property owners. As we expand, we are looking for a highly experienced

Administrative Coordinator

to support operations, finance, and marketing, and ensure smooth handling of all back-office and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Platform Management:

Handle listings, updates, and compliance on

Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, and Property Finder

. Coordinate with the marketing team to keep listings optimized and accurate.

Admin Operations:

Manage company

legal documents, trade license renewals, DTCM permits

, and compliance. Oversee

software usage

and ensure smooth collaboration with the

Operations Manager

and

Finance Manager

. Maintain company

subscriptions

and ensure timely renewals. Support the

Finance Team

in gathering and organizing documentation related to rent, DEWA, DU, chiller, and invoices.

Communication & Coordination:

Be the link between operations, finance, and marketing. Coordinate internal document flow and ensure organized digital file systems.

Compliance & Holiday Home Knowledge:

Must understand

Dubai's holiday home regulations

, particularly DTCM procedures and requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:



Minimum

2 years

of experience in an administrative role within the

holiday home

or

short-term rental industry

. Proficient with

Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, and Property Finder

. Experience handling

DTCM permits

and government documentation. Familiar with

Hostaway, PriceLabs

, or other property management software (preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Team player with the ability to multitask and support multiple departments.
