We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive (VP/CEO level) to lead our short-term rental operations in the UAE. The role involves driving strategic growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and superior guest experience across our property portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership position reporting directly to the Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operations, maximize occupancy, and enhance revenue.
Lead, mentor, and manage senior managers, property managers, and operational teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competition to position the company competitively.
Ensure compliance with UAE property laws, licensing requirements, and hospitality standards.
Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
Drive digital transformation and implement technology solutions for operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Represent the company in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven leadership experience in property management or short-term rental operations at a senior/executive level in the UAE.
Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of UAE property laws, licensing, and hospitality regulations.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
Proficiency in property management software and technology-driven solutions.
