We're looking for a

proactive and results-driven Property Manager

to oversee our expanding portfolio of short-term rental units. If you have experience in property management, hospitality, or real estate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

? Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple short-term rental properties
? Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and ready for guest check-ins
? Handle guest communication, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain a 5-star experience
? Coordinate with cleaning teams, maintenance staff, and service providers
? Monitor bookings, occupancy rates, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue
? Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with holiday home regulations
? Build strong relationships with property owners, providing regular updates and performance reports

Requirements

? Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals in Dubai
? Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
? Excellent communication and customer service abilities
? Ability to multitask and handle a dynamic work environment
? Knowledge of Dubai's holiday home regulations is a plus
? Driver's license and own car preferred
