Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Project Sales Executive

with a solid background in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of

2 years' proven sales experience in the UAE

, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage client relationships and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors Understand client needs and coordinate with internal design and execution teams to deliver customized solutions Prepare detailed proposals and quotations, and lead contract negotiations Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Provide regular sales pipeline and project status reports to management

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of sales experience in the UAE

within the

interior fit-out industry

Valid

UAE Driving License

is a must Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong existing client network and solid knowledge of the UAE market Target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi or Arabic is an advantage Candidates on own visa preferred; company visa and accommodation can be provided if required
