Job Description

Edges Integrated Technical Services is looking for a

highly motivated and results-oriented Project Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in the

Interior Fit-Out industry

and a

minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the UAE

, with a proven ability to secure and close project-based deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new project sales opportunities within the interior fit-out sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key industry stakeholders. Collaborate with the design and execution teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements. Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts with precision and professionalism. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and follow up to ensure successful project delivery. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular project status reports to management.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of UAE-based sales experience

in the interior fit-out industry. Valid

UAE Driving License

is mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Well-connected within the industry, with a solid understanding of the UAE market. Highly self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently and collaboratively. Capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines. Fluency in

English

is required; proficiency in

Hindi or Arabic

is a plus. Candidates on

own visa

are preferred, though visa and accommodation can be provided if needed.
