Job Description

Edges Integrated Technical Services is looking for a

highly motivated and results-oriented Project Sales Executive

with a strong background in the

Interior Fit-Out

industry. The ideal candidate will have

at least 2 years of UAE-based experience

in project sales and a proven ability to generate and close business deals.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new project-based sales opportunities in the

interior fit-out sector

. Establish and nurture strong relationships with

clients, consultants, and contractors

. Understand client requirements and collaborate with the design and execution teams to deliver customized solutions. Prepare, present, and negotiate

proposals and contracts

with professionalism and clarity. Achieve or exceed

monthly and quarterly sales targets

. Conduct

site visits

, attend client meetings, and follow up to ensure project success. Stay informed on

market trends

, competitor activity, and industry developments. Provide regular updates to management on the

sales pipeline and project status

.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years of proven sales experience

in the

UAE Interior Fit-Out

market.

UAE Driving License

is

mandatory

. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A well-established

client network

and good understanding of the UAE market.

Self-driven

, target-focused, and able to work both independently and within a team. Capable of handling

multiple projects

and working under tight deadlines. Proficiency in

English

; knowledge of

Hindi or Arabic

is a plus.

Candidates on own visa

preferred;

visa and accommodation

can be provided if needed.
