Edges Integrated Technical Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Project Sales Executive

with a strong background in the

Interior Fit-Out

industry. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of

2 years of UAE-based sales experience

and a proven track record of generating and closing project deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and develop new project-based sales opportunities within the interior fit-out sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and industry stakeholders. Collaborate closely with the design and execution teams to offer tailored solutions that meet client needs. Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and contracts with accuracy and professionalism. Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and follow up to ensure successful project execution. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments. Maintain and report an up-to-date sales pipeline and project status to management.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of sales experience

in the

UAE Interior Fit-Out

industry. Valid

UAE Driving License

is

mandatory

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong network of industry contacts and in-depth knowledge of the UAE market. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of

Hindi or Arabic

is an added advantage.
