NAVO is looking for a Project Sales Executive with strong experience in office furniture, custom joinery, or interior fit-out to drive new business, build client relationships, and close project-based sales.
The ideal candidate has an existing network or experience dealing with corporate clients, interior designers, contractors, and project managers. This role focuses on selling complete workspace solutions -- including office furniture, custom-made joinery, workstations, and turnkey office setups.
This is a target-driven, field-focused sales role with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Generate new business by targeting corporate offices, SMEs, interior design firms, and contractors.
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, cold visits, and digital channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of ongoing projects and opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and consultants to drive repeat business.
Client Meetings & Project Coordination
Meet clients onsite or in the showroom to understand project requirements.
Present product options, material selections, layouts, and design solutions.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate solutions and quotations.
Conduct site visits for measurements, evaluations, and project discussions.
Quotations, Pricing & Negotiation
Prepare proposals, BOQs, and quotations for furniture and joinery work.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and project timelines with clients.
Follow up consistently to convert leads into confirmed projects.
Achieve monthly sales targets and margin goals.
Project Execution Support
Coordinate between clients, design team, production team, and installation team for smooth delivery.
Track project timelines and ensure on-time completion.
Handle variations, clarifications, and after-sales communication.
Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Market Awareness & Reporting
Track competitor activities, market trends, and new opportunities.
Provide weekly reporting on leads, pipeline, quotes, and conversions.
Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and showroom activities.
RequirementsExperience
2-4 years of sales experience in Office Furniture, Joinery, or Interior Fit-Out
(mandatory).
Proven track record of selling furniture/fit-out projects in the UAE.
Strong relationships with designers, contractors, or corporate clients preferred.
Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation, closing ability, and target orientation.
Understanding of joinery materials, furniture specifications, and layout concepts.
Ability to read simple layout plans and interpret project requirements.
Good market awareness of workspace furniture trends.
Other Requirements
UAE Driving License required.
Must be proactive, aggressive in sales, and result-driven.
Comfortable with site visits and field work.
Strong follow-up discipline and CRM usage.
