Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing engineering projects within specified timeframes and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and project management skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Should also be able to excel in Budget Management, Inventory Management and to lead and manage the team.

• Develop complete project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Execute engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Maintain accurate

, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders. * Cooperating and communicating with the engineers and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers and Management to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.

• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate project sustainability.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet specified standards.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all farm facilities, buildings, green house, cold rooms, machinery, and equipment. This involves creating a routine maintenance.
• Advising new advance technology for improving the greenhouse cooling system.
• Coordinate the maintenance and repair of farm equipment, including tractors, dumper, vehicles, irrigation systems, and power tools. Ensure that equipment is properly serviced, repaired, and in optimal working condition to minimize downtime during critical farming operations.
• Maintenance and repair of farm infrastructure such as barns, storage facilities, fences, roads, irrigation systems, and drainage systems. Regularly inspect structures for wear and tear, and arrange for repairs or upgrades as needed.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, which includes allocating resources for repairs, maintenance supplies, and equipment upgrades. Strive to achieve cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians and workers. Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure that maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers for specialized maintenance and repair tasks that may be beyond the scope of the in-house team's capabilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, equipment servicing, and any upgrades or modifications. This documentation helps in tracking maintenance history and planning future maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement emergency response protocols for situations such as equipment breakdowns, weather-related damage, or any other unexpected incidents that might impact the farm's operations.
• Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues, diagnose the root causes of problems, and develop effective solutions to prevent recurring issues.
• Stay updated on new maintenance techniques, technologies, and industry best practices. Integrate innovative solutions that improve the efficiency and sustainability of maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with farm managers, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that maintenance activities align with the farm's overall goals and production schedules.
• Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies necessary for maintenance and repairs.
