A project manager is responsible for the overall operation of the cleaning management among the districts assigned under his area responsibilities.
General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Manages the coordination of daily cleaning activities and emergency response work at all locations.
• Oversees service providers to ensure service level agreements are maintained and followed.
• Ensures accurate recording and maintenance of contracts, invoices and associated documentation in the IN-CAB system.
• Tracks, reviews, analyzes, organizes and maintains essential documents to support operations method statements.
• Assists in the preparation of cost estimates and work scheduling. Tracks and documents completion of scheduled work.
• Supports policies, procedures and consistent communication to ensure compliance with related standards.
• Coordinates with Core Team, as required, to meet maintenance requirements and timelines.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years professional experience in project management
• Experience in facility management or operational services is added advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Has valid UAE driving license

Skills Required
