Job Description

We are hiring an experienced

project manager

to oversee end-to-end warehouse construction projects. The role involves managing planning, execution, supervision, subcontractors, client coordination, budgets, safety, and timely project delivery. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely mobilization Monitor daily site progress and ensure work aligns with approved plans Supervise subcontractors and ensure safety & quality standards are met Coordinate with clients, consultants, procurement, design, and internal teams Review manpower, equipment usage, and control project costs Verify subcontractor bills, progress claims, and work completion Lead site meetings, issue RFIs, review drawings, and resolve technical issues Ensure zero major safety incidents and high-quality compliance Maintain project documentation, reports, logs, and approvals Lead and mentor Project Engineers, Supervisors, and site staff

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management 10-12 years of relevant experience in warehouse/industrial construction Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, safety standards, and quality control Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and multi-disciplinary teams Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office Fluency in English and Hindi are mandatory; Arabic is a strong plus.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
