Responsibilities:

Taking full responsibility for the profit and loss of assigned projects. Building strategic relationships with clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Demonstrating strong leadership qualities and mentoring team members. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Motivating and retaining project teams to maximize productivity. Coordinating site activities and resolving technical issues. Managing material procurement and delivery. Identifying and managing long lead items and special systems. Preparing execution strategies and cost estimates. Implementing quality management and control systems. Managing project expenses and budget allocation. Overseeing subcontracted work for quality and timely completion. Planning and scheduling project activities. Ensuring compliance with HSE requirements. Proper documentation and closeout of projects.

Qualifications/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum of 15 years of experience

, with at least

6 years leading and managing industrial projects (Factories, Warehouses, Central Kitchens etc).

10 years of experience in steel structures. Working knowledge of MEP. Registered with Dubai Municipality. In-depth knowledge of compliance and legislative requirements for JAFZA, DIP, DIC.
