We are actively seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a solid track record of delivering complex projects such as malls, office buildings, and mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to manage large site operations with over 300 workers. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle delivery of commercial construction projects--on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Supervise and coordinate a workforce of 300+ personnel, including subcontractors and site teams. Oversee project planning, execution, quality assurance, and handover. Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved. Maintain compliance with all HSE, legal, and regulatory standards. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management. Mitigate risks and resolve site issues efficiently to avoid delays. Conduct team meetings and lead project reviews on-site.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 25 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial buildings. Proven experience leading large-scale teams in high-value projects. Arabic-speaking candidates preferred for enhanced coordination. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate immediately. Only candidates available for immediate joining will be considered.
